What is your role, and what gives you energy in your work?

I get energy from working with people, both in the clinic and with the team. My role involves both helping people in the clinic and bringing teams and regions together. Creating something wonderful through that connection – that is what drives me.

What is your favourite quote, motto or tip to help people get through life more easily?

Alone you go faster, but together you go further.

How can you tell from your work that it really suits you?

The great thing about my work is that I get to wake up every day knowing that I make a difference to someone else’s life. My role in this is very dynamic, ranging from helping people in the clinic to bringing teams and regions together. Seeing opportunities to help others grow is what gives me energy.

What do you do outside of work that people might not expect of you?

As well as my work, I enjoy road cycling and cooking, and when the sun is shining, I can usually be found by the sea!
