What is your role and what gives you energy in your work?

I get a lot of energy from seeing participants make progress. It’s very rewarding to see how people grow step by step and realise that changing their lifestyle really is possible.

Together with the participant, I work towards a lifestyle that suits their everyday reality. By focusing on small steps and clear goals, behavioural change is achieved that is not temporary, but lasting. I believe in the power of collaboration, ownership and consistency to improve health in the long term.

How can you tell from your work that it really suits you?

The enjoyable conversations and groups that motivate one another.
