What is your role and what gives you energy in your work?

I am the general manager and lifestyle coach at Rondom Leefstijl. Helping people to move forward gives me a lot of energy.

What is your favourite quote, motto or tip to help people navigate life more easily?

A healthy lifestyle isn’t about always making the perfect choice; it’s all about balance.

How can you tell from your work that it really suits you?

I find that it makes me happy when someone develops themselves further. It doesn’t matter to me whether this happens during coaching, where someone learns healthier habits and consequently feels better about themselves, or whether it’s work-related, where a colleague develops and grows in what they can do and achieve. In both situations, it gives me a real boost when I’ve been able to help someone.

What do you do outside of work that people might not expect of you?

Exercising makes me very happy, and I love going for a cycle on my road bike.
