As a systems therapist, you will contribute to our mission: you look beyond the individual, take the system into account and help clients and those around them to move forward.
What will you be doing?
- You will carry out treatments focused on families, paying close attention to the relationships and dynamics between them;
- You will establish the systemic approach within the team and actively promote it;
- You will hold discussions with clients and their support network (such as family, partner or social circle);
- You will write session and treatment reports and incorporate these into evaluation reports;
- You work with evidence-based interventions and are keen to develop your skills in this area;
- You will contribute to the development of OnsPsychologie’s systemic vision, work alongside colleagues and focus on the quality of care and collaboration;
- You’ll be part of an enthusiastic and committed team; together, we provide personalised care and a pleasant working environment.
Who are you?
- You have completed a university degree, preferably in psychology or special educational needs, supplemented by a completed course in systemic therapy;
- You already have experience of system-oriented work (in families, partner relationships or other contexts);
- Ideally, you will be ABFT-certified;
- You have strong communication skills, are a good team player and are solution-oriented;
- You enjoy working as part of a team, but are also able to work well independently;
- You’ll feel at home in our small, welcoming practice, where quality and personal attention are key.
