- Psychology
Are you a psychologist who works transparently and accurately, has a clear treatment philosophy and dares to look beyond the usual therapies and approaches? If so, we would love to hear from you. We are currently looking for an Adult Psychologist (24–36 hours) to join our practice with immediate effect.
About Daadkracht Psychologie
Daadkracht Psychology is a dedicated practice in Dongen, founded in 2009, where we provide primary mental healthcare (Basis GGZ) for adults and young people. What makes us special? We combine conventional treatments with experiential therapies – such as sessions with horses – and we take a systemic approach. This means that clients and referrers consciously choose us. We treat a wide range of issues, from individual to family-focused, with a broad, solution-focused range of therapies and group training programmes. We use diagnostic assessments with young people in a targeted and measured way.
Daadkracht Psychologie is part of Rondom and
OnsPsychologie
Through this partnership, we are enhancing the quality of our services and can respond even more effectively to the growing demand for accessible, personalised care – whilst maintaining our unique identity and practice culture.
The team
Our team consists of around 15 colleagues with a range of expertise. We are go-getters, critical thinkers and doers. Communication lines are short, and the atmosphere is engaging and collegial. We work – including internally – according to systemic principles, with a strong focus on collaboration and development. This includes peer review sessions, consultation meetings and having lunch together whenever possible.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced colleague who is willing to take on the role of lead therapist for both young people and adults. You will provide professional guidance to colleagues, liaise regularly with your own team as well as with the management and the team at OnsPsychologie, and also design your own treatment programmes.
In addition:
- Do you also prefer to work with EMDR and ACT;
- Do you think and work in a systemic, solution-focused and experience-based way;
- Are you a strong communicator, transparent, resourceful and accurate;
- Do you have a clear approach to treatment and a strong personality;
- Do you enjoy working with others – both within and outside the team;
- Do you have the drive to develop yourself further;
- An affinity with horses is an advantage, but not a requirement.
What do we offer?
A meaningful role within a practice that is constantly evolving. We remain small-scale and personal, but – through our collaboration with OnsPsychologie – we also offer plenty of scope for development, in-depth learning and connection with other professionals.
In addition:
- A varied role with your own caseload and responsibility for coordinating treatment.
- Plenty of scope for personal input, creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Collaboration with OnsPsychologie and contributing to and promoting the shared vision and mission.
- Salary in accordance with the GGZ collective agreement.
- The wish to be available one evening a week.
