      Are you a passionate physiotherapist who wants to do more than just provide treatment in traditional primary care? Would you like to work in an innovative organisation where physiotherapy, occupational health, multidisciplinary care pathways and appropriate care come together? If so, we have a special role for you.

      At Rondom, we are looking for a physiotherapist who wants to help shape the future of healthcare. This is a role in which you will not only work as a practitioner, but also as a contributor, connector and healthcare professional across various departments within our organisation. For this role, we are looking for physiotherapists from various parts of the country, with the current focus on the following regions: Brabant, Utrecht and South Holland.

      Rondom comprises various (healthcare) organisations and a large team of (healthcare) professionals from a wide range of backgrounds: from physiotherapists, (mental health) psychologists, lifestyle coaches, podiatrists and occupational therapists to software developers, design engineers, data experts and corporate social workers, who work together every day towards a shared goal: helping people live their lives more comfortably, both physically and mentally.

      What will you be doing?

      As a physiotherapist at Rondom, you will play a wide-ranging and varied role across different parts of our organisation.

      • You are an occupational physiotherapist at Rondom in Bedrijf You help the Dutch workforce to keep moving, both literally and figuratively. You focus on prevention, recovery, sustainable employability and reintegration. You work at the intersection of health, work and behaviour, and support employees and organisations with physical complaints, workload capacity and healthy working practices.
      • You will work as a physiotherapist within care pathways You provide care within multidisciplinary care pathways, for example for people with chronic conditions. In doing so, you collaborate with other disciplines and, drawing on your expertise as a physiotherapist, contribute to appropriate, well-coordinated care. The focus is not on individual treatment, but on the joint plan centred on the patient.
      • You’ll be working in the practice You are and will remain a physiotherapist; together with your colleagues, you provide physiotherapy care where necessary. This involves general physiotherapy practice, but always in a way that reflects how we believe care should be organised: smart, accessible, multidisciplinary and forward-looking.

      Depending on your experience, interests and the specific details of your role, your future duties may include the following:

      • Providing advice on working posture, workload capacity, prevention and recovery.
      • Delivering webinars and workshops on healthy exercise to staff and organisations.
      • Developing content for our various apps to provide information and support to patients.
      • Supporting staff with physical health issues as part of their recovery and return to work.
      • Treating and supporting patients within multidisciplinary care pathways.
      • The drafting, implementation and evaluation of treatment or support plans.
      • Working with colleagues from other disciplines.
      • Identifying opportunities for innovation, quality improvement and appropriate care.

      We believe in appropriate care rather than unnecessary care, stepped care rather than standard treatment pathways, multidisciplinary collaboration rather than working in isolation, innovation and technological support such as apps and digital guidance, and the smart use of prevention, treatment, coaching and behavioural change. This means that with us, you don’t just provide treatment, but also actively contribute ideas on how care can be organised in a better, smarter and more sustainable way.

      Inside Rondom Physiotherapists So you won’t be working within a single, defined box, but rather across the boundaries of traditional healthcare. You’ll be part of an organisation in which occupational health, care pathways and clinical care reinforce one another. It is precisely this combination that makes this role versatile, innovative and socially relevant.

      • A varied, challenging role offering a great deal of autonomy, with working hours to be agreed.
      • A salary of between €3,201 and €4,413 per month, based on a 36-hour week.
      • We believe relaxation and a healthy work-life balance are important. That is why your breaks are paid in full. Based on a 36-hour working week, this means you actually work 34 hours. In addition, this working week offers the option of spreading the 36 hours over four days, allowing you to create an extra day off each week.
      • Many colleagues choose to spread these hours over four working days.

      What do you bring to the table?

      • You are registered as a physiotherapist in the BIG register.
      • You have an affinity for occupational physiotherapy, primary care, lifestyle, chronic care or multidisciplinary working.
      • You are enterprising and development-oriented.
      • You can work independently, but also enjoy working as part of a team.
      • You have strong communication skills and can easily adapt to different target audiences.
      • You enjoy variety and get a buzz from innovating and building things up.
      • You enjoy contributing ideas on how healthcare can be improved and made different.

      Experience in occupational physiotherapy is an advantage, but not essential. We consider it more important that you share our vision and are keen to help realise that vision in this role.
