Rondom comprises various (healthcare) organisations and a large team of (healthcare) professionals from a wide range of backgrounds: from physiotherapists, (mental health) psychologists, lifestyle coaches, podiatrists and occupational therapists to software developers, design engineers, data experts and corporate social workers, who work together every day towards a shared goal: helping people live their lives more comfortably, both physically and mentally.

What will you be doing?
As a content & social media manager, you create content for various target audiences, such as clients, employers, referrers and jobseekers.
Your responsibilities will include, amongst other things:
- Translating healthcare topics into clear and engaging content;
- Writing substantive and in-depth posts, particularly for LinkedIn;
- Writing blogs;
- Conceiving and developing creative content for social media and other campaigns;
- Positioning Rondom as a key player in terms of both content and social impact;
- Writing scripts for video and photography content and ensuring that the planning and execution of these run smoothly;
- Drawing up and managing the (social) content plan;
- Posting and managing posts, including during our events;
- Managing content on digital platforms, such as our Rondom app;
- Ensuring consistency in our writing style, tone of voice and brand identity in content;
- Pre: recording and editing social media videos (Reels, Stories, TikTok).
Everything to do with the PR & Communications department
Within Rondom, the PR & Communications department plays a key role. It is a strategic component of how we organise healthcare. Every day, we work to raise awareness of our mission, our projects and our impact on society. From campaigns and content to events and branding: everything revolves around reinforcing our message and reaching the right target audience.
We are a team that adapts quickly, keeps each other on our toes and is constantly looking for better ways to reach and help people. Creativity and initiative are encouraged here, but always underpinned by a clear substantive basis.

- A salary, depending on experience, between €3,201 and €4,113 per month (based on 36 hours);
- We believe relaxation and a healthy work-life balance are important. That is why your breaks are paid in full. Based on a 36-hour working week, this means you actually work 34 hours. In addition, this working week offers the option of spreading the 36 hours over four days, so that you can create an extra day off each week;

What do you bring to the table?
- At least 4 years’ experience with social media and content development, preferably in the healthcare sector;
- You know what works on social media and actively keep up with developments;
- You understand the healthcare sector or are able to familiarise yourself with it quickly;
- You can translate complex topics into clear and accessible content;
- You are good at planning, work independently and take the initiative.
- You know when content needs to be substantive and when it can be light-hearted, relatable or personal. You create content that feels right and sticks in the mind.
- You can switch between thinking and doing.
