Working with Rondom as a clients’ association

Your members know better than anyone what it is like to live with a chronic condition, and how difficult it can sometimes be to find the right care. Rondom is developing care that does not stop at a single complaint or a single specialist area, but which meets the day-to-day needs of someone with a specific condition. For patient organisations, Rondom is therefore a partner with a strong practical focus, keen to work with you to provide better, more accessible care for your members.

Why client associations choose Rondom

Many people with a chronic condition are sent from pillar to post: first to their GP, then to a specialist, then to a therapist, without anyone keeping track of the whole picture. Rondom takes a different approach. We develop cross-disciplinary care pathways for specific conditions, such as the Rondom Rheumatism Pathway and the Rondom Chronic Pain Pathway. These bring together physiotherapy, psychology, lifestyle counselling and other disciplines, so that your members do not have to figure out for themselves which healthcare provider they need and when.

We believe that good care starts with listening carefully. That is why we would like to hear from your association about what is going on amongst your members: the challenges they face, the information they are missing, and what really makes a difference to them.

What we offer

  • Care pathways by condition, in which various disciplines work together to address your members’ symptoms and needs, rather than making separate referrals
  • Accessible, understandable information, written in a style that is accessible to everyone, covering symptoms, treatment and living with a condition
  • A listening ear for your supporters, so that feedback and experiences from your members are reflected in how we organise our care

Sharing knowledge and working together

We believe that together we can provide better care than if we were to act individually. Your association has valuable insights into what your members really need, and we would like to use that knowledge to further develop our care pathways and information. In return, we are happy to share our practical experience with you, for example through articles, information sessions or joint initiatives for your members.

Would you like to explore how Rondom and your organisation can support one another? We would be delighted to discuss this with you.

Our partners

We collaborate with organisations both within and outside the healthcare sector. These include healthcare organisations, social organisations, local authorities and health insurers. We also collaborate with educational institutions, knowledge centres and research organisations.  These partnerships help us to continue developing healthcare. By working together on knowledge, research and innovation, we gain a better understanding of what works in practice. Where possible, we share this knowledge with our partners, so that together we can reach more people and help them lead happier lives, both mentally and physically.

    Our vision on partnership

In a partnership, we work together towards shared goals, with clear agreements and scope for everyone’s expertise. In this way, we build a network centred on health, in which we work together to improve health and wellbeing. By bringing together knowledge, experience and perspectives, we create cohesion. In this way, we organise care not as separate parts, but as a single whole. Always based on what people really need in their daily lives.

    How we shape partnerships

A partnership requires a shared vision and clear agreements. We deliberately choose partnerships that fit with our way of working and are focused on the long term. Within a partnership, we work together as equals. Both parties make an active contribution and take responsibility for the shared goal. By sharing knowledge and learning together, we ensure that our actions are well aligned and actually work in practice.  In this way, we build partnerships that contribute to accessible, appropriate and reliable healthcare – care that is organised in a way that is closely linked to everyday life and that helps people to stay healthy and continue to function well.
