Our psychologists and educational psychologists work in accordance with the professional standards applicable to psychological (youth) care. They are registered with the Youth Quality Register (SKJ).
This registration demonstrates that our healthcare professionals work in accordance with a code of practice. To maintain this registration, they actively keep their knowledge and skills up to date. This is because, in order to remain registered, it is necessary to continue developing their professional expertise.
In addition, we operate within our organisation in accordance with established quality standards for psychological care. Our mental health psychologists work in accordance with an approved mental health care quality charter. You can view this at the practice.
Development and collaboration
We also invest in the professional development of our psychologists. Work guidance and supervision are an important part of this. During on-the-job coaching, our psychologists discuss case studies and professional considerations with an experienced colleague. This helps them to maintain a critical perspective on their own actions and to handle difficult situations with care. Supervision is provided by an external colleague. Supervision contributes to professional growth and improvement. This ultimately leads to better care and support for our clients.
