What is your role and what gives you energy in your work?

As a lifestyle coach, I help people take achievable steps towards a healthier lifestyle. I don’t believe in strict diets or perfection, but rather in small changes that can be sustained in the long term.

What gives me energy? The moment when participants realise that healthy living can also be fun and enjoyable. I love helping people gain more self-confidence and celebrating successes together, both big and small.

What is your favourite quote, motto or tip to help people get through life more easily?

My tip is: be just as kind to yourself as you would be to a good friend.

Living healthily isn’t about being hard on yourself, but about looking after yourself properly.

What do you do outside of work that people might not expect of you?

Outside of work, I can often be found on the korfball pitch. I also enjoy trying out new recipes and showing people that healthy eating can be surprisingly tasty and doesn’t have to be complicated at all.
