What is your role and what gives you energy in your work?

As a podiatrist, I help people to move comfortably and pain-free again. No two days are the same: everyone has their own story, symptoms and goals. It gives me energy to work together to find a solution and to see someone able to walk, exercise or work without any symptoms again.

What is your favourite quote, motto or tip to help people get through life more easily?

I believe that the best treatment begins by paying attention to the person behind the complaint.

How can you tell from your work that it really suits you?

I get a real boost from identifying the cause of symptoms. By taking a close look at movement patterns and the patient’s story, we work together to find a suitable solution.

What do you do outside of work that people might not expect of you?

Outside of work, I like to keep active. Whether it’s walking, cycling, playing sport or doing DIY, I love being on the move.
