Coaching sessions
Sometimes, after completing a lifestyle programme, you may need extra support. For example, because you want to keep up your new habits, are facing certain challenges, or want to work even further towards your goals. In such cases, one-off coaching sessions can be the solution.
Through coaching sessions, you’ll receive extra support from a lifestyle coach whenever you need it. Together, you’ll look at what’s going well, the challenges you’re facing and the steps that will help you move forward. This way, you can continue to work towards a lifestyle that suits your everyday life.

What do we offer?
Coaching sessions are one-off sessions with a lifestyle coach who provides you with extra support during or after a lifestyle programme. The sessions are tailored to your personal situation, goals and questions at that particular time.
Together with your lifestyle coach, you decide what you want to work on. This could relate to motivation, structure, behaviour, relapse or maintaining healthy habits.
During coaching sessions, for example, we work on:
- gain an insight into what helps you or, conversely, holds you back;
- maintaining healthy habits;
- dealing with relapses or difficult moments;
- maintaining motivation and focus;
- a better balance in diet, exercise, sleep and relaxation;
- coping with stress and everyday challenges;
- working towards achievable goals and sustainable change.
Coaching sessions are intended to complement previous support, but can also help if you need a little extra encouragement.

Together with your lifestyle coach, you’ll explore what support is appropriate and how you can build on what you’ve already achieved.
The sessions do not have a fixed structure or duration. You use the sessions to reflect on your personal development, gain new insights and continue to work on your lifestyle in a targeted way that remains achievable in your day-to-day life.
During the interviews:
- you will discuss your progress and experiences;
- you look together at what is going well and what needs attention;
- translate your goals into achievable steps;
