From compulsory subject-specific training to peer review sessions, knowledge-sharing meetings and on-the-job learning: the Learning Community ensures that you develop the knowledge and skills you need for your work and are given the opportunity to grow further.

Investing in your development

We view training and education as an investment in people. That is why, in many cases, we reimburse the costs of training and education that contribute to your development and to your work at Rondom. The specific arrangements involved depend on the course and your role.
