Part-time job
At Rondom, we believe that engaging and inspiring colleagues does not begin when someone joins the organisation, but rather starts whilst they are working part-time. That is why we offer students the opportunity to gain work experience alongside their studies in an organisation where learning, collaboration and development are central to our daily work.
A part-time job with us is more than just a way to earn some extra money. You’ll gain practical experience, develop new skills and get to know the sector in which you might want to work in the future. At the same time, you’ll get to know Rondom and discover what suits you best.
Flexible
We understand that your studies come first. That is why we will work with you to find a solution that fits in with your course, timetable and availability.
Whether you want to work a few hours a week, are mainly available in the evenings or at weekends, or would like to put in extra hours during the holidays: we’re happy to work with you to find a solution. Even if you’d like to work a bit less temporarily during exams, work placements or busy periods, we’ll work with you to find a solution that works.
This way, your part-time job will fit in well with your studies and you’ll have time for other things that are important to you.

Various options
We offer various opportunities to gain practical experience. The options available depend on your course of study, your interests and the internship placements available within our teams and disciplines.
For example, you can come to us for work placements, final-year placements and practical or research assignments. Together, we’ll explore which opportunities best suit your course and learning objectives.
Good support
We believe it is important that, during your work placement, you receive the guidance you need to develop. That is why we provide an experienced mentor who will support you, think alongside you and help you get the best out of yourself.
Together, you’ll work on your learning objectives, discuss your progress and consider the steps you want to take during your work placement. There’s always scope to ask questions, reflect and gain new experiences.
As an intern, you will be part of an organisation where learning and development are central. You will learn from colleagues, share experiences and be given the opportunity to develop yourself step by step.
You matter
At Rondom, you’re not just an extra pair of hands. We believe it’s important that students are also part of the team and make a meaningful contribution to the work we do together.
Depending on your role, qualifications and experience, you will support colleagues in clinical practice, contribute to projects, assist with research or help with organisational and support tasks. You will be given responsibilities that are in line with your development and experience.
You’ll work alongside colleagues, learn new skills and gain experience that will stand you in good stead later in your career. In this way, you’ll not only build up your CV, but also boost your self-confidence and professional development.
More than one specialist area
At Rondom, professionals from various disciplines work together on a daily basis. Podiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, lifestyle coaches, researchers, data specialists and support teams complement one another through their respective areas of expertise.
As a student worker, you’ll therefore not only gain an insight into your own work, but also into the people and disciplines around you. You’ll see how different fields of expertise work together, share knowledge and reinforce one another.
This gives you a broader picture of the practice and helps you discover where your interests and talents lie. It is precisely this versatility that makes working at Rondom particularly appealing to many students
A great team
Rondom is large enough to offer plenty of opportunities, yet small enough for us to really get to know one another. Communication lines are short, and colleagues are always happy to help one another.
We believe it is important that people feel welcome and can be themselves. That is why we invest in collaboration, engagement and a working environment in which colleagues connect with one another and learn from each other. The combination of professionalism and an informal atmosphere means that many students quickly feel at home within our organisation.
Relevant work experience
A part-time job at Rondom offers more than just work experience. You’ll learn to work as part of a team in a professional environment, develop skills and discover where your interests and talents lie.
You’ll also build up a network across various disciplines and get to know colleagues who can help you further in your development. For many students, a part-time job is a great first introduction to the professional field in which they hope to work later on.
Perhaps this is the start of something more
A part-time job is not only a learning experience, but also a great way to get to know one another. If both parties are happy with the collaboration and there is a suitable opportunity, we’d be happy to discuss the next steps together.
Shall we get to know each other?
