Waiting room: Wanneer u binnenkomt kunt u direct plaatsnemen in de wachtkamer en hoeft u zich niet te melden. De wachtkamer bevindt aan uw linkerzijde, kamer 6. De wachtkamer wordt ook gedeeld met de huisarts. De podotherapeut zal u ophalen, zodra u aan de beurt bent.

What is your role and what gives you energy in your work?

I am a podiatrist and I treat patients with foot and posture problems. I get a real buzz from helping people to feel less pain and move more easily. Seeing my patients improve is what really motivates me in my work.

What is your favourite quote, motto or tip to help people get through life more easily?

Looking after your feet properly is important, as they carry you every day. Taking minor complaints seriously can prevent many problems in the future.

How can you tell from your work that it really suits you?

I realise that this job really suits me because it offers a great deal of variety and I can work independently, whilst maintaining close contact with patients. The combination of critical thinking, analysis and practical treatment makes this job very interesting to me.

What do you do outside of work that people might not expect of you?

I have lived and worked in various countries, and in my spare time I enjoy learning Dutch, going for walks and discovering new places.
