Work is more than just your job. That’s why we’d like to show you what life is like at Rondom. From team weekends and conferences to training courses and social occasions with colleagues. This will give you a taste of the atmosphere within our organisation.
Team weekends
Working together is easier when you get to know each other outside of work too. That’s why we regularly go away together for a team weekend. Over the years, we’ve visited places including Porto, Berlin, Alicante and the Belgian coast. Last year, we gathered in Papendal for the Rondom Games. Inspired by the Olympic Games, the weekend was all about sport, teamwork and, above all, having lots of fun.
We get to know each other better, encourage one another and create memories that will live on for a long time in the workplace. Because life really is better when we do it together. This year, we’re looking forward to our next adventure in Hamburg!

Rondom conference
We regularly organise a Rondom Congress, bringing together colleagues from across the organisation. It is an opportunity to meet one another, get to know the organisation better and discover what colleagues do on a daily basis. We share updates on developments within Rondom, exchange inspiring stories and look ahead together. Rondom Conferences are all about connection, engagement and the sense that, together, we form one organisation.
Christmas / St Nicholas’ Day
Working together and celebrating together: during the festive season, we organise a Sinterklaas party for our colleagues’ children. With Sinterklaas, his helpers (Pieten), presents and, of course, lots of enthusiastic children, it’s a special afternoon every year.
The Christmas party has been a long-standing tradition at Rondom for many years. Colleagues bring their partners along and together we enjoy a festive evening with delicious food, music and plenty of fun. It’s a lovely way to round off the year, when we get to meet each other outside of work and look back together on everything we’ve experienced.
Training and knowledge sharing
At Rondom, we learn from one another every day. That is why we often organise in-house training sessions, inspirational sessions and meetings where colleagues share knowledge, experiences and ideas. Not only because it is educational, but also because it is enjoyable to meet up and grow together. This helps you to continue developing yourself and get to know colleagues from other teams and disciplines better.
