Not only about which treatment works best, but also about how professionals can work together effectively, when that collaboration really makes a difference, and how we can help people take steps themselves towards a healthier life.

What motivates someone to get active? What support helps people to become healthier and stay that way? How can we recognise or prevent symptoms and health problems at an earlier stage? And how can we address them once they do arise? Through scientific and practice-oriented research, we seek answers to these questions and apply the knowledge gained to everyday practice.
