Symposium: Podiatry symposium ‘From research to practice’

      Date:
      June 2025
Symposium: Podiatry symposium ‘From research to practice’
      In brief

The very first podiatry symposium ‘From Research to Practice’ has taken place! Our researcher Danique van Gulick gave a presentation there on the EXPLORE study: External validation of a prediction model in podiatry practices. This study is a follow-up to our previously published research into the development of a prediction model to forecast falls among older people living at home within the podiatry practice setting.

It was an inspiring day centred on research, during which science, practice and healthcare professionals were brought together in a meaningful way.
