It was a successful Rondom Conference!

Last Friday, we came together with over 350 colleagues at the Rondom Conference. It was a wonderful opportunity to meet in person, connect with one another and reflect together on what we have already achieved as a team. From podiatrists and lifestyle coaches to psychologists and orthopaedic shoe technicians: our diverse and growing team is the driving force behind everything we do. We build on each other’s expertise, learn from one another and, together, make a difference.

We shared stories about our successes and the impact we make as professionals who work together out of a shared conviction. But we also spoke openly about the challenges in healthcare and how important it is to remain connected with one another as a team, as well as with our patients, referrers and partners.

We also looked ahead to what we will achieve together. With new plans, initiatives and fresh energy to continue our mission and make our care even better. It was also the perfect moment to hand out our new workwear and colourful Rondom goodies to the team! These symbolise the energy and connection we create together. Because life really is better when we do it together!
