Using the form on this page, you can take out a subscription to the Rondom app. You can use the app to complement your lifestyle programme or use it on its own if you have not followed a programme with Rondom Leefstijl.

A discounted rate applies for the first year, whether you take out a subscription following a lifestyle programme or an independent subscription.

Have you completed a lifestyle programme with Rondom Leefstijl? If so, you’ll pay a lower subscription fee.
