Spread-out flat foot

The metatarsal bones spread apart from one another, resulting in a slightly wider forefoot.

If you have problems with footwear, strain-related symptoms in the foot, or symptoms elsewhere (such as in the knee, hip or back that are linked to foot abnormalities), you can make an appointment with the podiatrist.

Taping can be carried out, followed by the fitting of a podiatric insole. Advice on footwear can also be provided.

The expected outcome is a reduction in symptoms, but the flat foot will remain.
